A balloon arch welcomed students who attended the Sept. 13 block party held by Associated Students. The festivities included information booths on the programs and services available to students, as well as information on local entertainment venues, like Knotts Berry Farm and Sea World — whose tickets may be purchased in the Titan Student Union.
