Titans work hard.  Titans are often "commuter" students who manage to find a sense of place at school, even when they are rushing to work or to raise a family. Titans share their success with others. Titans are motivated and optimistic about the future.  Titans rule.  (They're not bad baseball players, either.)

A Titan is a student, a mother or father, a dauther or brother or grandmother/father, or anyone who enters campus being someone and walks out as someone completely different. Different because of the experiences they have lived and the knowledge they have learned.

A Titan is knowing where you came from, and yet knowing exactly where you want to go. I am a Titan because who I once was I am no longer, and who I've become you will know. But most importantly, because I will become a legend to my family, friends, and future family!

A Titan is someone who has school spirit and school pride. A Titan is someone who knows what s/he wants in life and will forever cherish his/her experience at Cal State Fullerton. Once a Titan, always a Titan.

A Titan is a person who wants to learn, grow and explore as a scholar, human being, and at any age.  The joys of learning is not just restricted to the young, but to those of us who are not twenty-something.  This campus has so many great teachers, support staff and students who support each other.
I am grateful as an older, disabled student to be at CSUF.  It has been a great year: and I look forward to my continuing education at the campus.  Tuffy is a great symbol representing our campus because he has fun and he still has ability to learn.  The next fifty years for CSUF will be fabulous and better than the last fifty years.
