The Career Center is pleased to work with you to promote your organization and assist you in gaining greater visibility on campus. The most successful recruiting experiences occur when an organization creates a presence on campus that fosters the development of relationships with students, faculty and the Career Center staff. Highly effective employers place their emphasis on building relationships, rather than focusing on recruiting transactions. New employers are encouraged to meet with an appropriate Industry Specialist, to communicate recruiting needs and discuss strategies to build your organization's profile on campus. Here are just a few examples of strategies that maximize your recruiting efforts:

  • Build partnerships with faculty and departments
  • Offer internship programs to develop talent for future job opportunities
  • Place ads in the student newspaper, The Daily Titan
  • Get involved as a Sponsor (see below)

Corporate Branding Sponsorship

The Career Center is always looking for ways to develop new branding opportunities for employers. Corporate gifts play an important role in creating and maintaining our career management and recruiting programs for students and alumni. Our Corporate Branding Sponsors enjoy "elite" recruiting services that are customized to meet their individual needs. To increase your visibility and enhance your marketing experience, we invite you to become a Corporate Branding Sponsor. There are many opportunities for all levels of corporate gifts. All Corporate Branding Sponsors receive:

  • Acknowledgement on our Corporate Sponsor display in our lobby
  • Recognition on the Career Center web site
  • Advance invitations to Career Center targeted events
  • Custom messages promoting your opportunities to students
  • Special recognition in Career Center publications

  • Larger display area of 9 feet instead of 6 feet.
  • Your sponsorship is promoted to students in the event promotional newspaper, on the event website, and in targeted emails to students
  • You will be identified by a nametag and ribbon signage

Speaking at career events is an excellent way to keep your organization visible on campus, as well as share your expertise with CSUF students. Each semester, the Career Center asks business professionals to assist with a variety of workshops, resume and portfolio reviews, and networking events.
